AAO 2011 extended abstract submission deadline

The organizers would like to thank all those who have shown interest in AAO 2011. Due to numerous requests the abstract submission deadline has been extended until Monday, August 15 20011.

We would like to thank the various researchers who have submitted their abstracts for AAO2011 and theacceptance notification will be sent by August 31, 2011. ONLY presenting author who registered and paid by September 15, 2011 will be added in the program. The registration can be made through congress website www.aao2011.com

Abstract Submission Guidelines

  1. All abstracts must be submitted through congress website www.aao2011.com. Abstracts send by FAX OR EMAIL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
  2. All abstracts must be typed in English and submitted in form of Microsoft Word together with PDF file with the body limited of 300 words.
  3. The abstract must include the headings Objectives, Materials and Methods, Results, and Conclusions in the body of the abstract and must be followed by a colon.
  4. The text should be single spaced and written in point size 12, using Times New Roman font.
  5. The author(s) name should begin with full first name, middle initial and last name. The presenting author name should be put as the first author with underline.
  6. The number of author is maximum at 5 authors.
  7. Affiliation(s) should annotated by superscript numbers.
  8. The abstract must contain original material, not published or presented at any other international congress prior to the AAO 2011.
  9. The submitted papers will remain the property of the AAO 2011. AAO 2011 Scientific Committee reserves the rights to publish, distribute, or sell the papers.
  10. The confirmation of acceptance by the Scientific Committee will be sent to the author by 31 August 2011. ONLY author with accepted abstract will receive the confirmation via submitted Email and announced in the congress website. Abstract Submission Method

  1. Abstract(s) must be submitted using the online Abstract Submission Page. Please do not submit multiple copies of the same abstract. Only Presenting Author may submit the abstract and should indicate the preferred type of presentation during online abstract submission.
  2. Please do not send abstract(s) to the secretariat by mail or fax which cannot be forwarded to the Scientific Program Committee for review. In case of genuine difficulty in online submission, please make contact with AAO2011 Abstract Submission Office at conference@aao2011.com.
  3. Confirmation of Acceptance via e-mail will be sent to Presenting and Corresponding Authors upon completion of abstract form. If you do not receive a confirmation slip within 7 days after abstract submission, please contact AAO2011 Abstract Submission Office at conference@aao2011.com.
  4.  Abstracts accepted for presentation (oral or poster) will be published in the Abstract Book.
  5. In order for abstracts to be published, the presenting author must pre-register for the AAO2011 before September 15, 2011. Without registration, your accepted paper cannot be included in the scientific program or Abstract Book.
